10 & Under Tennis is a new program this year that is endorsed by the United States Tennis Association. The program is designed to get children playing the game immediately. European countries have been extremely successful in using the program to develop their youngsters into active, competitive players. Juniors play on a short court, use soft balls and short racquets. New this year, Junior Team Tennis, will be free for all lesson participants. Weekly interclub competition for ages 8-18 will be held every Monday starting June 16. Winning teams are eligible for regional competitions held in August. Adults can participate in lesson programs for all abilities, leagues, and round robins, which are held weekly on Thursdays.
Over twenty USTA sanctioned tournaments are held during the year for novice through championship caliber players, juniors and adults. Additional information on programs is available at www.Lewistennis.com
