Have a question about traffic in Fort Collins? Ask Joe! City Traffic Engineer Joe Olson will host a social media question-and-answer session from 4-5 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 11. He will field traffic questions, complaints and suggestions submitted via Twitter or Facebook. To ask a question and follow the conversation:
