South Lemay Avenue Northbound Lanes Closed Near Harmony Road April 14 & 15

Northbound lanes of South Lemay Avenue near the Harmony Road intersection will be closed for construction during the weekend of April 14. Crews will be working to complete landscaping and irrigation improvements associated with turn lane modifications that were completed on Harmony Road in December 2011.
During working hours, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., all northbound lanes of South Lemay will be closed between Haxton Drive and Harmony Road. A detour route will be provided utilizing Oakridge Drive and Boardwalk Drive, but alternate routes are strongly suggested to avoid the construction zone. Lanes will re-open on Monday, April 16 prior to the morning commute (6:00am), but some single lane closures will still be required to complete the work, so delays can be expected. Also, speeds will be reduced through the construction zone for safety; please slow down and avoid distractions.
