The City of Fort Collins Golf Division and Recreation Department have partnered to offer a robust introductory golf program to children ages 5 to 14 years old. The partnership stemmed from the need to provide more than just a one-day golf clinic (Fort Collins Fore Kids) to Fort Collins youth. The SNAG and Beginning Golf programs will replace the Fort Collins Fore Kids event.

SNAG Golf will be available to children ages 5 to 10 years old and Beginning Golf will be available to children 9 to 14 years old. Both programs are three weeks in duration and break down the fundamentals of golf into simple steps that are easy for kids to understand and emphasize fun. The programs are designed to be a bridge between the beginner golfer to the more advanced golfer. SNAG Golf and Beginning Golf are offered through the Recreation Department and cost $34 and $50 respectively. Registration for these programs begins May 10 at 7:00 AM. More information can be found in the Summer Recreator that will be released the week of April 23.
