City Hosts FREE Homeowner Association Class on Collections and Foreclosures

The City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services will host a FREE homeowner association class on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. The session is free and runs from 6-8 PM in the Community Room located in the City offices at 215 North Mason Street.
This session focuses on collections and foreclosures and provides basic information. We'll share practical techniques including key provisions of your collections policy; the ideal timing of account turnover, foreclosure and other important collection tools.
