Human Relations Commission Accepting Nominations for People Who Make A Difference

The Human Relations Commission is seeking nominations for people who make a difference in this community. Nominations are due March 31. Recipients will be recognized at the 29th annual Human Relations Commission Awards Breakfast on May 1. Awards presented at the Breakfast honor those in our community who promote acceptance and respect in the City of Fort Collins. Over these years, many Fort Collins residents and businesses have been recognized for their positive efforts.
Awards are given in five different categories: Police and Emergency Services, Senior, Adult, Youth, and Organization or Business. In addition, the Women’s Commission honors people who help women by giving the Marcile N. Wood Award. All award nominees are recognized at the May 1 Breakfast. Please consider nominating an individual or organization for one of these public recognitions.
