PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
TRANSIT SERVICES

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 USC Chapter 53, the City of Fort Collins will hold a public meeting to discuss the changes in our fixed route service, including changes in service to:

Route 16

The meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Hilton Garden Inn from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 2821 East Harmony Road in Fort Collins.

Written comments will be received by Transfort, PO Box 580, Fort Collins, CO 80522 until November 14th, 2009. In the event that no comments are received this will be the final public notice and changes will go into effect January 2010.

The meeting location is wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations should notify Transfort at (970) 224-6195 prior to the day of the meeting so that proper accommodations may be arranged.

The proposed service changes will be effective on January 19, 2010.
