Ice Cream Store Robbed

On October 12, 2009 at 8:04 p.m. Fort Collins police received a report of a robbery at 172 N. College Avenue, the Rocky Mountain Blue Bell ice cream store. A clerk reported that a man entered the store, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect fled northbound on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20’s to early 30’s, approximately 5’8” tall with a medium build. He was wearing a ski mask, a “puffy” black coat, and dark jeans when he entered the store. A composite drawing is attached.

No one was injured in the robbery.
