City to Host Public Meeting on Winter Overflow Shelter September 18

The City will host a public meeting to inform the community about the 2017-2018 Winter Overflow Shelter plans for people experiencing homelessness at 6 p.m. September 18 at the Old Town Library, 201 Peterson St. in Fort Collins.

City staff members and representatives of partner agencies will be at the meeting to talk about the proposed activation of the Seasonal Overflow Shelter at Community of Christ Church, 200 Oak St., along with several locations offering community-based shelter services, and to inform the public about the overall response plan.
