Alberta Development Partners this fall will present the City’s Planning and Zoning Board with revisions to the original redevelopment plans approved by the City earlier this year.

All meetings are in Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 Laporte Ave. The current Mall meeting schedule:

• November 14 – Overall Development Plan, 5 p.m.
• November 21 – Major amendments to the Project Development Plan for Phase 1, 5 p.m.
• December 12 – Major amendments to the Project Development Plan for Phase 2

In May, the Fort Collins City Council approved a $53 million public assistance package including a $45 million base financial assistance package that will revitalize the Foothills Mall and restore essential sales tax revenue, as well as an $8 million investment in City infrastructure, including a new Youth Activity Center and an underpass that connects to the Mason Street Corridor. Total project investment in the community is expected to be $313 million.

The City hosted a public open house on the proposed changes to the redevelopment on October 30. More than 100 people attended the event.
