Taft Hill Road Construction Begins July 11

The City of Fort Collins will be paving Taft Hill Road from Horsetooth Road to Drake Road as part of the 2012 Street Maintenance Program. Construction starts Wednesday, July 11 and will occur over a two-week period. One lane of traffic in each direction, northbound and southbound, will be open for travel throughout construction. Cross traffic and driveways will be impacted for short periods as the operation passes. Businesses will have full access at all times.

July 12: Southbound Taft Hill Road; Drake Road to Horsetooth Road
July 13: Northbound Taft Hill Road; Horsetooth Road to Drake Road
July 16: Southbound Taft Hill Road; Drake Road to Horsetooth Road
Work Zone Information
Typically, working hours are weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Extended hours and weekend work may be used to alleviate traffic impacts. Expect traffic delays for the duration of this project; alternate routes are suggested to avoid the construction zones. Detour signs will be posted to assist motorists.
