Trilby Road from College Avenue to Portner Drive has been selected for reconstruction as part of the City of Fort Collins 2012 Street Maintenance Program. Construction is scheduled to begin the week of July 2 and last approximately four weeks. Trilby Road will be CLOSED to all traffic from College Avenue to Portner Drive beginning July 9. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Please note the construction schedule below:
• July 2-3: Trilby Road down to one lane, alternating traffic under flagging operation; College Avenue to Portner Drive
• July 9-31: Trilby Road CLOSED for milling and paving; College Avenue to Portner Drive
Work Zone Information
Typically working hours are weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Alternate routes are suggested to avoid the construction zone. Residents who live on Trilby Road will be allowed to travel though the construction zone to their property; for safety, motorists are reminded to follow flaggers’ directions carefully. Detour routes include Lemay Avenue, Carpenter Road, and Harmony Road; signs will be posted to help divert traffic.
