City Hosts FREE Homeowner Association Class on Reserve Studies

The City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services will host a FREE homeowner association class on Thursday, May 17, 2012. The session is free and runs from 6-8 PM in the Community Room located in the City offices at 215 North Mason Street.
This session focuses on reserve studies and includes a presentation from a reserve specialist. The class provides basic information on who needs a reserve study, what a reserve study includes, and how to save for reserves.
