The City of Fort Collins Neighborhood Services will be hosting an HOA educational session Tuesday, November 10. The session is free and runs from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Community Room located at 215 N Mason.

Outstanding Governance
Is your association a great place to live, a group of homes that just happen to be located near each other, or a smoldering pool of discontent? How a board of directors governs an association is essential in creating livable communities where residents look forward to coming home. This class examines the role of the board of directors, committees and homeowners and the importance of homeowners working together for the benefit of the community.
