The Fort Collins Regional Library District Board and the Fort Collins City Council want to know what you think of the pending Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) that describes the new relationship between the two governmental entities, effective January 1, 2008. City Council will vote on the IGA at their December 4, 2007 meeting.
