- Two sets of site plans (where the house will be/is located on the property) drawn to scale, show dimensions of lot. Submit on paper no larger than 8 1/2" x 14".
- Two sets of structural drawings.
- For new homes submit two sets of Engineered Foundation plans, Energy Code calculations and HVAC Load calculations. Forms available at Building & Zoning counter.

New commercial building:
- Two sets of site plans
- Two sets of Structural Drawings - stamped (by a Colorado licensed or registered architect or engineer.)
- Two sets of stamped Engineered Foundation plans
- Two sets of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical plans - stamped
