Natural Playground Celebration
Everyone
is invited to celebrate the opening of the new Natural Playground at Gateway
Natural Area! The playground features
natural materials and provides lots of opportunity for imaginative free play in
the outdoors. The
celebration will be Tuesday, July 5, at 2:30 p.m., light refreshments will be

Volunteers Needed This Saturday
Get your hands dirty and take care of your natural areas- volunteer! You are invited to Soapstone Prairie Natural Area on Saturday, June 25, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to help with erosion control projects. We'll be building erosion waddles and cleaning out culverts. Transportation from Fort Collins and lunch are provided! Free, registration is required at 970-416-2815 or naturalareas@fcgov.com .
Reservoir Ridge Natural Area Open House
The Natural Areas Program is hosting an Open House on Wednesday, June 29th,
from 4-6 p.m. at Primrose Studio (4300 Michaud Lane). It's an
opportunity for neighbors and the general public to view the plans for a
new parking lot, trail, and picnic area to be constructed off North
Overland Trail on Reservoir Ridge Natural Area. Free, no registration is necessary. More details here >>>
