Lincoln Center is a multi-venue performing and visual arts, and conference facility, owned and operated by the City of Fort Collins, a municipal corporation. The Performance Hall, constructed in 1978, is an 1180-seat, fan-shaped, multi-purpose hall.
Fort Collins is 60 miles north of Denver and 40 miles south of Cheyenne on Interstate 25. Take Exit 269 west toward Fort Collins. Stay on Mulberry Street and cross College Avenue (4 miles west of I-25). Continue west for three blocks. Facility is northwest of intersection of Mulberry and Meldrum Streets, with a large sign visible from the corner. Drive through the west side of the south parking lot into a fire lane. Stage door is on south side of building between Lincoln Center and Mulberry Pool building.
The dock is at street level, which is also stage level. There is no ramp or stairs. The loading door is twelve feet high and six feet wide. The dock is in a fire lane, trucks must be moved after loading and unloading. Parking is limited. Please contact the Technical Director for parking directions.
The is variable in width and height, using a soft portal on an electric winch, and tormentors on tracks. Portal and torms are plywood covered with flat black velourette.
Because of the wide fan shape of the house, we strongly recommend that the proscenium width be no smaller than 41 ft. A smaller opening may severely restrict sight-lines.
The Technical Coordinator MUST be consulted prior to drilling or fastening into stage floor.
NOTE: No Gridiron! Fly system is underhung. Maximum trim height 38'-10"

The stage thrust is a Guthrie-style stage lift/orchestra pit, extending 11 ft - 6 in from the downstage edge of the stage into the audience. Upstage width of the lift/pit is 39 ft. Downstage width of the lift/pit is 11 ft. The lift/pit is used to transport the grand piano, lighting carts, wardrobe boxes etc. into the basement. The elevator is hydraulic and is operated from stage left. The lift/pit may be lowered and used as an orchestra pit. A black steel railing with black fabric cover separates the lift/pit from the audience. The lift/pit is not used for audience seating.
NOTE: When set at stage level, lighting and sound for the lift/pit is not ideal, due to its location in front of the speakers and underneath the front of house lighting position. We recommend performers use no more than the upstage six feet of the lift/pit.

Several sound systems are available. We furnish an input for road show program tie-in, which feeds the infrared Assistive Listening System as well as the front cluster and back-of-house delay system. Due to the unusual design of the upper opera seating areas we request that road shows tie into our system for audience coverage. A mixer/preamp and 70-volt system sends program and stage manager page mic to the dressing rooms.
Mix position is located in the center of the house, at the rear of the orchestra section 55 feet from the stage, with sufficient room for road consoles and outboard gear. To minimize the impact to the audience:
Loudness Limitation. For the safety and comfort of our patrons, the following noise levels are not to be exceeded: 90 dBa sustained, 96 dBa peak, as measured at the mix position.

Headset system includes ClearCom and Beyer single-muff headsets, belt packs, and three Telex wireless beltpacks. The Telex base station is connected to the ClearCom master station.
