For the Symphony’s final Masterworks performance of the 2011-2012 Season, Maestro Kenney presents an evening of Russian Masterpieces that will definitely shake the house! Favorite pieces by Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov will end the season with a resounding bang! And Colorado pianist David Korevaar makes his long-awaited debut with the Fort Collins Symphony. Korevaar, who received his Doctor of Musical Arts from Julliard, is known for his commanding and spontaneous style. He currently teaches piano at the University of Colorado and regularly performs as a soloist and chamber musician.
