Services and Equipment

We welcome the opportunity to work with you in making your event a success. When you book an event at the Lincoln Center, we take great care in the planning, execution and overall success of your event.

Meetings, Receptions and Trade Shows:

• Your room will be prepared with tables, chairs and equipment to your specifications
• Linens, dishes and audio-visual equipment are available for rent
• Use one of our preferred caterers or self cater in one of our catering kitchens
• Full bar service is available through “Toast of the Town”
• We’ll provide a 10% discount for four or more scheduled meetings

Mini Theatre and Performance Hall

• Ticketing services are available
• Technical packages are available (performance hall rentals offer professional technical staff and equipment at reasonable rates)
• House manager and ushers included
• Full bar service through “Toast of the Town” is available in the lobby

Outdoor Meetings and Events

• Our enchanting sculpture garden provides the perfect venue for an intimate outdoor gathering
• Full bar service through “Toast of the Town” is available outdoors.
• The Terrace Garden features a covered stage for concerts
• A portable sound system also is available

Food and Beverage Service

The Lincoln Center provides a wide variety of choices when it comes to food and beverage. If you would like your event to be catered, we would be delighted to provide a list of preferred caterers. The Lincoln Center also allows self-serve groups and potlucks for those who wish to provide their own food. Kitchen rental fees will apply.

Hospitality Service – We can provide coffee, tea and cookies for a small fee.

Alcohol/Bar Service – As a City of Fort Collins entity, there is one liquor concessionaire licensed to service liquor in this facility. Cash bars, hosted bars, beer and wine will be arranged through this concessionaire. We ask that NO outside alcohol be brought into the building.
