Rentals at the Gardens on Spring Creek include the Children’s Garden, Evelyn Clark Classroom, and the Green Roof Shelter within the Children’s Garden. The Gardens provide a relaxed and comfortable setting perfect for meetings, retreats, weddings, birthday parties, and other types of special events.

Children's Garden Rentals

The Gardens on Spring Creek can provide space for events such as weddings, receptions, award ceremonies, reunions, events, and meetings. The Children's Garden is available for rental before or after regular hours of operation which are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

• Birthday Party Package Details (PDF 95KB)
  The Gardens on Spring Creek invites you to host your youth birthday party at our facility. We offer a fun, botanic experience for our young guests. Come bloom with us! Note: birthday parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays only from May - September, during our business hours. The Evelyn Clark Classroom

The Evelyn Clark Classroom is approximately 900 square feet in size. It has space for 35 participants in a classroom-style setting or 45 participants in a lecture-style setting (chairs, no tables). This room is may be rented year round, based on availability. This room is perfect for private classes, meetings, showers, award ceremonies, or workshops. Features of the classroom include the following:

• Windows on three sides, providing balanced daylight and attractive views of the outdoor gardens and activities.
• An exceptionally beautiful, custom-designed 80” x 24” stained glass artwork mounted in the sidelight of the exterior door.
• Access to the greenhouse, which is operated by staff and volunteers, and filled with a variety of vegetables and flowers growing in a warm, moist and fragrant environment.
• Attractive décor, easily-rearranged tables with wheels and folding legs, comfortable chairs, 18’ by 4’ dry erase board, slide projector, projection cart, screen, microwave, and a coffee/tea maker.
• Adjacent restroom with custom-tiled wall.

The Green Roof Shelter

The Green Roof Shelter is located in the southeast area of the Children’s Garden. The lovely living roof, planted in drought tolerant plants, is always in color, whether blooming or showcasing autumnal fall foliage. It has two large octagonal picnic tables plus two standard garden benches that allow for seating, as well as space for food and beverages. Small groups are easily accomodated in this setting. The shelter has a roof with an opening in the middle which is topped by a cupola. This shelter may be rented during our normal business hours.
