The Gardens on Spring Creek, with its first phase of construction recently completed, is located at 2145 S. Centre Avenue. The site comprises 18 acres on the west side of the street, including and to the south of Spring Creek. The Sherwood Lateral irrigation ditch runs through the site, and was re-routed to accommodate the design of the project. The majority of the site is within the Spring Creek floodplain, with the exception of the southern 3 acres where the building is located.
