Development Review Guide: An informative resource for citizens, first–time or only–time developers and seasoned developers and consultants; created to provide understanding of the Development Review process.
Mason Corridor: A five-mile north–south byway within the City of Fort Collins, which will link major destinations and activity centers along the corridor, including Old Town commercial, cultural and business centers, Colorado State University, Foothills Mall and South College retail areas.
Integrated Design Assistance Program: Provides financial incentives and free technical assistance for buildings that perform higher than the standard energy code. Options exist for whole building and prescriptive incentives.
