Incite Insight is a call to artists to provoke/inspire/arouse a deeper understanding/vision/wisdom of the world around us. Guest Juror Ivar Zeile, owner and director of the award-winning Plus Gallery, one of Denver’s leading contemporary art spaces, will select the work and awards.
Bald eagles come to Fort Collins in the winter and roost at Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area. You can see the eagles with a guide during Eagle Watches. You will walk along a short paved trail to a viewing pier where volunteer Master Naturalists will be on-hand to explain the eagles' natural history. Volunteers will help you see the eagles through spotting scopes and binoculars. Be sure to check fcgov.com/naturalareas for weather cancellations and updates before you go. Drop-in anytime during the program time.

Garden of Lights is a community favorite and must-do holiday activity with friends and family. Stroll
through the whimsically decorated and twinkling Gardens lit by thousands of LED lights. Visit the perennial flower beds and vegetable gardens in addition to a brilliant blue LED pond — all created entirely from holiday lights! During the weekends, visit with Santa (Saturdays & Sundays only), listen to holiday music, see the Sugar Plum Hairies (canine fairies), and enjoy warm drinks. A friendly reminder that Garden of Lights is an outdoor event so dress warmly!
Dress warmly and bring a blanket or chair to sit on to enjoy viewing the night skies with telescopes provided by the Northern Colorado Astronomical Society. For cancellation updates related to weather, visit the NCAS website at ncastro.org. No registration required but you can get a reminder and updates by signing up at naturetracker.fcgov.com.
