Both Fowler and Reese explore ideas of integrating simple forms to create a whole that is expressive and beautiful. Priscilla Fowler’s ink and mylar drawings, paintings and installation bubble with energy as smaller cells organize to create vibrant rhythm and movement. Reese’s stoneware and wood sculptures contain similarly simple shapes that grow into powerfully unified forms.
