Transportation Development Review Fee
Effective January 1, 2006
On November 8, 2005, the Fort Collins City Council adopted a Resolution approving the implementation of a new Transportation Development Review Fee (TDRF) structure. The fees became effective January 1, 2006.
Fees are due at the time of each project submittal and must accompany an application. Please submit applications along with the fee at 281 North College Avenue. In addition, the brochure "Transportation Development Review Fee" provides some explanation about the fees. Copies are available at 281 North College Avenue.
Projects that were submitted prior to January 1, 2006, for a particular level of review described on the "Transportation Development Review Fee Rates" table will continue to be reviewed without a fee. For example, if a project was in the review process or was submitted for Project Development Plan (PDP) review before January 1, 2006, the project will continue without a PDP fee. However, when that project is completed with the PDP approved, the developer must apply for a Final Development Plan review using the new application, and pay the fee for the Final Development Plan review.
