Conceptual Review Agendas
Conceptual Reviews are usually 30-45 minute meetings with staff and potential applicants to talk about issues surrounding their proposed development. These reviews are scheduled on three Monday mornings per month at 9:30, 10:15, and 11:00 AM. These reviews are on a "first come, first served" basis. Visit the archives page for older conceptual review agendas.
Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR)
Preliminary Design Reviews offer an alternative process to the standard conceptual review for more complex or larger projects requiring a greater level of collaboration and problem solving.
- $500 application fee
- Similar to a professional design charrette
- Collaborative effort to address potential issues upfront
- May speed up the Development Review Process
City staff from various departments will research the site, offer comments, provide answers to specific questions and offer possible solutions to difficult design challenges.
