5th Annual Open Hang

August 16-26, open to the public Wednesdays-Saturdays, noon to 6pm.

All artists are invited to bring 1or 2 artworks to hang on the walls of the Carnegie Center for Creativity in the 5th Annual Open Hang.

How does it work?

Any artist -- all levels and all ages -- can bring 1 or 2 artworks to hang on the walls at the CCC for this two-week celebration of local art. Wall and floor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Be ready to hang your own artwork. We'll supply the hanging hardware and pedestals. Please bring your own hammer, level, measuring tape, and any other items you need to install your work. Make a label stating your name, the title of the artwork, and the price (media, date completed, and a statement are optional). Then join us on Friday, August 18, 6-9pm for the Artists' Reception -- everyone is welcome! At the end of the show, don't forget to pick up your artwork.
