Fall 2008 Holiday Lighting Turn-In Events

From November 1 through December 15, while supplies last, four local retailers are partnering with Fort Collins Utilities to offer $2 discounts on energy-efficient LED holiday light strings.

Save an additional $2 per light string—for a combined savings of $4—by recycling your working conventional light strings at the upcoming holiday lighting turn-in events (PDF 1.0MB) listed below.

A $2 coupon will be given to Utilities customers who turn in a working C-9 string (largest bulbs), C-7 string (medium bulbs) or two mini-light strings (smallest bulbs) at the following events:

• Saturday, Nov. 8, 9:30 am.-3 p.m.:
  • Drake Hardware & Lumber, 2160 W. Drake Rd.
  • The Light Center, 2725 S. College Ave.
• Saturday, Nov. 22, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.:
  • Clay’s Ace Hardware, 1001 E. Harmony Ave.
  • Downtown Ace Hardware, 227 S. College Ave.
