As part of the Climate Wise commitment to improving service to partners, we have developed new tools to help!

Climate Wise Partner Forum - Hosted on Google Groups, for Climate Wise partners and associated technical staff only (to avoid spam and unrelated topics). This email list and searchable forum allows for ongoing technical exchange, sharing of best practices, and sharing of announcements. Visit the site for more information and sign up for the list.

Climate Wise logo graphics (1.5 mb zip file) and Climate Wise partner level graphics (1.5 mb zip file) - Use Climate Wise graphics to publicize your membership in the Climate Wise program on your website or in newsletters, etc. Zip files contain web-ready and postscript graphics.

Green Works Challenge Report Form (pdf) - Platinum level Climate Wise partners are required to complete two challenges per year. Please complete this form to document completed challenges, goals, etc. and return to Amanda Sutton.

Annual Recognition Event

Gold and higher level partners are required to fill out the Recognition Event Form for your company success poster that will be displayed at the annual EnvirOvation recogition event. Please include company environmental philosophy, 2008 successes and 2009 goals. Information does not have to pertain to Fort Collins only or to Climate Wise--this is your opportunity to showcase your company-wide philosophy and successes if you desire!

Partner Resource Guide (version 2006-1024 | 1.1 mb pdf) - The Partner Resource Guide contains everything you need to know about the Climate Wise program, partner profiles, Green House Reduction Tool how-tos, Self Assessment Checklist and more. Published in PDF format, the guide contains live links to various web resources. (NOTE: The 2006 Partner Resource Guide does not include updates related to the current versions of the Data Collection Form, the Greenhouse Gas Baseline Tool, and Climate Wise Levels at a Glance; for specific information about these tools, please contact Climate Wise staff.)

Data Collection Form (version 2007-1105 | 100k Excel spreadsheet) - Partners are required to submit energy, water, transportation and solid waste reduction data yearly. Use this form to track yearly data and special projects. (For more information, see the Climate Wise data reporting page.)

Greenhouse Gas Baseline Tool (version 2007-1026 | 250k Excel spreadsheet) - Use the Greenhouse Gas Baseline Tool to calculate greenhouse gas emissions and reductions by resource area including energy, transportation and solid waste. Using the tool to help set a GHG reduction goal is required to achieve the Gold Partner level (see Climate Wise data reporting page; Resource Guide or Climate Wise Levels at a Glance for more information).

Climate Wise Assessment Form (version 2008-1009 | MS Word doc or pdf) - The assessment form includes a self-assessment checklist to help partners establish a baseline, track progress towards goals and prioritize future efficiency projects. (NOTE: This version of the form and checklist supercedes the checklist included with the Partner Resource Guide as Appendix A.)

Climate Wise Levels at a Glance (version 2009-0107 | pdf | MS Word doc) - Climate Wise Partner Levels help businesses to fine-tune GHG reduction and efficiency goals, while recognizing exceptional leadership and accomplishments.
