Climate Wise Reporting Reference - Part 1 (Bronze / Silver level requirements)Please refer to this reference for detailed information about how to complete your Climate Wise partner level requirements for calendar year 2011. Please refer to the general reporting page for additional guidance and reporting resources as well as these project examples by resource type. Remember, if your business intends to earn a level award for work completed in 2011, you must complete your level requirements before the deadlines outlined below. Failure to report your efficiency projects or complete level requirements may result in loss of level awards and / or recognition and other program benefits. All deadlines are final, please complete your reporting as soon as possible.

Instructions for completing priority requirements for the Bronze and Silver level awards are below. Instructions for completing Gold and Platinum requirements is covered in Part 2 of the Reporting Reference. Please note: 1) deadlines; 2) how to report; and 3) the point of contact should you have additional questions. Requirement 2. Report project data annually - Project reporting is the foundation of the Climate Wise program and is required of all Climate Wise business partners. (At minimum, partners are required to report recycling volumes and reduced miles traveled even if no new projects were completed.) To complete this requirement, use myClimateWise to report efficiency projects related to energy, water, waste reduction and transportation. View project examples by resource type. Project reporting is the focus of the reporting workshops. If you have NOT reported projects to Climate Wise in the past, you are strongly encouraged to attend one or both workshops to learn more about what information you need to collect in order to report projects. For more information, including presentations and guidance from previous workshops visit the Climate Wise Reporting page. Requirement 5. Meetings - Please log on to myClimateWise and update your attendance record as needed. If you did not attend 2+ meetings for the Bronze and Silver levels and 3+ meetings for the Gold and Platinum levels, please contact Deb Harris ( | 224.6121) immediately. Requirement 6. Complete site assessment - CW staff will check off this requirement for you upon completion of the assessment process. If you are a late 2011 partner, please complete and turn in your assessment form as soon as possible. Late year partners will be allowed credit for this requirement even if the onsite visit or reporting has not yet been completed. Requirement 7. Attend new partner orientation - New partners who attend New Partner Orientation offered during the year will received credit for this requirement. Log on to myClimateWise to check your status. If your records differ from ours, please log your attendance. CW staff will follow up if needed. Requirement 8. Implement at least one climate related measure - All Climate Wise partners are required to implement at least one measure or Climate Wise project each year to maintain the Silver partner level. This requirement is satisfied simply by listing which projects were completed (or substantively initiated in 2011). Please include project details in your annual project reporting (see Requirement 2).
