Fort Collins Local Action Plan to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions
In November 1999, by passing Resolution 99-137, Fort Collins City Council adopted "Fort Collins Local Action Plan to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions". This plan provides the framework to lead the City to reduce worst-case predicted emissions by 30 percent by the year 2010.

Policy
Policy ENV-3.1. Local Action Plan. The City will adopt and implement a local action plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Policy ENV-3.2. Biennial Report. The City Manager will prepare a biennial report outlining the City's progress on achieving its greenhouse gas reduction goal and recommending future actions.
