Does the idea of managing your debt or investments make you loose sleep? Do you wonder how you can make a difference in the Fort Collins community without selling everything you own? If you answered yes to either or both of these questions, we’d like you to know about Everence.
Everence Financial has just opened their western division headquarters in Downtown Fort Collins. This national financial planning organization helps people and organizations match their values to their investments. The local Fort Collins office has five employees, including the former director of UniverCity Connections, Doug Johnson.
While Everence has roots as a faith-based financial service company, their focus today has expanded to stewardship and community development investing. Doug and his colleagues help clients complete a values assessment, then help identify local, community resources that can give their client a strong return on investment. Whether it’s stocks, bonds, life/health insurance, banking, loans, charitable planning and more, Everence’s Downtown Fort Collins office is a unique financial investment service that supports local efforts such as Be Local Northern Colorado, alternative energy companies, and community non-profits.
Due to strong business growth in the region, Everence Financial will most likely add staff in 2011.
