On June 26th more than 120 local real estate brokers and developers toured the Mason Corridor with City Planning staff to learn about development opportunities and incentives.
Mason Corridor is a five mile transit corridor that will link north Fort Collins with south Fort Collins, just one block west of College Avenue. Offering transit oriented development, student oriented development and many mixed-use development opportunities, the Mason Corridor will come alive with new development over the next fifteen years. With thirteen stops along the route, mass transit will circulate at stops every ten minutes. Locating businesses and residents along the corridor makes sense.
