New Single-family or Additions
- Two sets of site plans (where the house will be/is located on the property) drawn to scale, show dimensions of lot. Submit on paper no larger than 8 1/2" x 14".
- Two sets of structural drawings.

For new homes submit two sets of Engineered Foundation plans, Energy Code calculations and HVAC Load calculations. Forms available at the Development Review Center.
- Two sets of floor plans to scale (see sample in Downloads to your right).
- Two sets of site plans (where the house is located on the property) drawn to scale, show dimensions of lot. Submit on paper no larger than 8 1/2" x 14".
- Two sets of structural drawings
COMMERCIAL
New Commercial Building
- Two sets of site plans
- Two sets of structural drawings - stamped (by a Colorado licensed or registered architect or engineer.)
- Two sets of stamped Engineered Foundation plans
- Two sets of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical plans - stamped

- If adding and/or changing any lighting more than 60%, include a completed lighting wattage worksheet (under Downloads to your right).

- A completed Commercial Construction Application Form turned in at time of permit submittal
- A completed Owner Authorization to Obtain a Commercial Building Permit turned in at time of permit submittal
