New Construction Permit Fee Schedule


Fees are effective January 2, 2014
All new buildings are subject to the following fees:

From Building Services Building Permit Fee Schedule Building Permit Capital Improvement Expansion Fee

From Utilities
Electric, Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Fees

Building and Plan Review Fees

For Residential Over the Counter Type Permits

Residential gas logs, wood stoves, air conditioning, furnace replacements, underground sprinklers, water heaters, and electrical service change are $25 per appliance plus City and County use tax.

Use the Building Permit Fee WO/Subs for Over the Counter type permits in the Building-Combination Estimate of Fees below (those that do not have a flat $25 permit fee). The Building Permit Fee W/Subs is applicable for fees associated with all other permit types. City and County use taxes apply to both tables.
