For Residential Over the Counter Type Permits
Residential gas logs, wood stoves, air conditioning, furnace replacements, underground sprinklers, water heaters, and electrical service change are $25 per appliance plus City and County sales/use tax (if applicable).
Use the Building Permit Fee WO/Subs for Over the Counter type permits in the Building-Combination Estimate of Fees below (those that do not have a flat $25 permit fee). The Building Permit Fee W/Subs is applicable for fees associated with all other permit types.
There is no PLAN CHECK fee on sign permits (regardless of their valuation), and there is no PLAN CHECK fee for valuations up to and including $3,000 on any permit type.
