~ May 12th Bike Lunch Talk –12:00pm - 1:00pm - Become Fit (1611 S. College Ave - Suite 2A) Bring a lunch and join us while we talk about plans to expand bicycle facilities in Fort Collins, including bike parking, bike trails, share the road signs, and bike lanes.
~ May 13th FC Bikes Safety & Education Presentation #3 - 6:00pm – 8:00pm at the Senior Center (1200
Raintree Dr.) The City’s FC Bikes
program is hosting a presentation to teach residents the fundamentals of safe
bicycling. Learn the basics of
bicycling, proper clothing and equipment, riding safely with traffic, laws, nutrition
& hydration, proper etiquette, and common cyclist errors. Presentations are designed for people of all
ages and abilities.
~ May 15th FC Bikes Safety & Education Class #1 – 9:00am – 12:00pm at the Senior Center (1200
Raintree Dr.) The City’s FC Bikes program is hosting a
‘hands on’ bike safety and education class to teach and practice with
participants the fundamentals of safe bicycling. Learn the basics of bike maintenance, bike
handling, and how to avoid crashes and road hazards. Classes are designed for people of all ages
and abilities. Bicycle and helmet is
required, please RSVP
if a bicycle and/or a helmet is needed for this experiential class.
