"Human Spirit" by Jack Kreutzer College Avenue & Johnson Drive Completed 1999

This bronze sculpture honors the victims of the devastating flood that struck Fort Collins in 1997. The piece recognizes the many rescuers who risked their lives and the community members who selflessly worked side by side to help those in need.
