The Parking Plan is intended to address a number of key Downtown parking issues, including very high usage of on-street parking, lack of employee parking options, parking for new development, and more. In February, we presented a comprehensive and integrated list of ideas to address these issues to various community groups and City Council. In response to requests for more information, staff is preparing an in-depth analysis of the more contentious ideas and providing additional outreach this spring.
