Christopher Karlen was told he wouldn't make it through high school because of his disabilities. Christopher overcame these obstacles and is proud to announce his graduation in 2004. Interestingly, the Olympic torch came through Orange, California on July 26, 1984 (the day he was born) and passed his mother's hospital window. Chris has always been connected to the Olympics since that day, and now finds it an honor to carry the torch.
