Nearly 58 percent of residents have had contact with at least one City employee during the last 12 months. The survey asked these residents to rate their most recent experience with City employees along several dimensions of service quality. The graph below summarizes these ratings. On all dimensions, residents with recent City employee contact rate their experience highly.
The survey also asked residents who had no recent City employee contact to express their opinions of City employees by either agreeing or disagreeing with each of three statements describing employees. Generally, these residents view employee customer service performance positively. However, residents who have had recent contact with employees seem to have a higher opinion of employee service performance.
